I believe the waterfront should be for the people, not just certain people, but all people. We should be able to enjoy it without fees or restrictions. It should benefit us both on a personal and community level. It should be used to reduce the taxes placed upon us and to bring the Western New York area back to prosperity. The plans called “Just the Beginning” and “The Whole Plan” by Ever-green Design are a step in this direction. I urge you as my elected official to look at these plans closely and put your support behind them so that they will become a reality in the near future. I am proud of our area and want Buffalo and the surrounding region to a thriving community once again.
